Heather is the mental health provider for the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, Rapid City Police Department, and Rapid City Fire Department, and provides services for DCI and State Troopers. She is the clinician for three peer support teams. Heather has extensive medical and psychiatric experience working with first responders and emergency response personnel.  She is passionate about working with people who dedicate much of their lives to helping others. Heather was raised in a military law enforcement family. While not working, Heather enjoys riding her horses, hunting, fishing, reading, time with her kids, and hiking with her dogs.

Sean Hollearn is the Wellness Coordinator for the Rapid City Police Department. He contributes to the type of freedom that only health can provide. He experienced negative health results while serving in the United States Air Force in his role as Military Police. After his discharge, he decided that he wanted to help others with their careers and now does that as a Health and Wellnes coach.
